AutoInspector Ultra II MVP AutoInspectors identify assembly defects on PCB's and enable in-line process control. Inspections include paste, pre-solder, and post-solder SMT, and mixed technology boards. The AutoInspector Ultra II is geared towards the high volume manufacturing market and provides the industry's best performance offering the highest speed and highest resolution. MVP's Ultra II incorporates the latest digital camera technology and a high precision linear stage. MVP is cutting scanning time in half! The frame has been designed to support accurate and accelerated high-speed inspections. The MVP AutoInspector Ultra II is fully 0201 capable and is copy-exact. Inspection coverage has been expanded to include flux and color inspection. The Ultra II comes with MVP's latest software including a new easy-to-use graphical interface allowing for intuitive, seamless programming. The AutoInspector Ultra 850G features a granite-based stage for high inspection applications. The Ultra 850G AOI system can be configured for a number of applications including die placement, wire bond, paste inspection, and pre and post reflow inspection. The electro-optics of the system are adapted based on the application requirements by applying Flying Color Technology, True Color Technology, or standard grayscale technology. Supra Series The AutoInspector Supra offers a high performance package with excellent resolution and speed capability. The Supra provides defect detection coverage for paste, pre-solder, and post-reflow inspection. The MVP Supra is designed for the medium volume/high mix platform market. The Supra continues to be an excellent inspection solution at a reasonable price. The Supra M features low-cost, high performance, flexible inspection capabilities at a very desirable price. The Supra M AOI system is our newest model in the AutoInspector series, allowing advanced inline capabilities in a smaller footprint (1m conveyor length). With full solder joint inspection and measurement capabilities, the system comes standard with one large-format digital camera and a high-precision linear x/y stage. 3D Inspection MVP has developed a new 3D inspection approach by integrating the latest available high-speed smart cameras into the existing design of the AutoInspector Series. The Ultra II and Supra can be delivered with this option to provide unsurpassed 2D/3D performance in one machine. |
