Auto Guide MVP’s AutoGuide Repair station allows users to repair printed circuit boards off-line, whereby equipment and engineers are not concerned about line interference. MVP has dramatically reduced review and repair time with the AutoGuide repair station. This powerful software package makes it easy to automatically locate, verify, and track defects. The defect data from the AutoInspector is graphically displayed at the repair station to guide the operator through the defect review and repair process. Boards are typically tracked with bar codes or serial numbers. Defect images may be saved during the inspection process for review at the repair station. MVP provides a number of flexible repair configurations. An optional LaserPointer aims a laser beam at defects on the actual board to further accelerate repair. Laser-guided repair and review is available for the off-line, and conveyorized in-line configuration. Statistical quality control reporting provides immediate process control feedback and summary information on defect patterns, yield, and process trends. All defect review functions can also be performed on the AutoInspector. |
